Data deletion

If you want us to delete the personal data you have shared with us — for example by writing to us on WhatsApp, by email, or by logging in with Meta through an integration — follow these steps.

1. Send an email to hola@xenth.ai with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Include your full name, the email address or phone number through which you have a relationship with Xenth AI, and a brief description of the data you want deleted.
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within the following 5 business days.
4. We will delete the identified data from our systems within a maximum of 20 business days from that confirmation, unless the law requires us to keep some of it for a longer period (for example, tax obligations), in which case we will let you know.
5. We will confirm through the same channel once the deletion is complete.

This request is independent from exercising your ARCO rights described in the privacy notice, though you may use the same channel for both.
